Core Body FX

I started with Core Body FX about a year ago and let me tell you, they have their act together. I used to work out at a large gym...I won't mention who, but I always felt that I was never getting the close personal attention that I was paying for. Plus, I never felt 100% comfortable working out along side other members that had terrific bodies. I hunted around for a while until I found Core Body FX. The personal training facility is owned by Frankie Long, which by the way is the most incredible person you will ever meet. Not only is she very personable, she encourages and motivates you to achieve the results you are looking for. Whether you just want to shed a couple of pounds or completely rip up, she is your one and only personal trainer. They also have other trainers as well...both men and women. They also promote and sell a terrific line of nutritional supplements called Advocare. I started using their products from day one and have never looked back. I have noticed a huge difference not only in how I feel, but in how the supplements have helped me lose the weight that I have been wanting to lose...and keep them off. I owe it all to Frankie Long and the Core Body FX team. The have truly changed my life forever. Anna Clark
