Ciao Bella Salon & Day Spa

I went here last weekend, I brought 2 pictures of examples of what I wanted. Well, the woman who did my hair did nothing right. First, while she was washing my hair she advised me to color it because and I quote "damaged hair has more texture," I've never had anyone tell me they couldn't do something with my hair because it was too healthy! Then, my hair was below my shoulders, and when she began to cut she touched my shoulded and pointed and said the hair would lay there when she was done, well it's up to my chin and she didn't even style it she just cut straight across, it looked like crap. The only thing she did right was cut bangs. My hair is really thick so it needed to by layered a bit and styled, so I had to go somewhere else and get it fixed. DON'T GO HERE! Or if you do, don't go to the stylist that is tall and thin with long blonde hair that has dark roots.
