I ordered a wahl hero trimmer, the package came opened and the blade was rusty. When I called to return the item they blamed Wahl and refused to help me. I then called Wahl customer service and they were very interested in my experience with Apopka and wanted all their info which I was glad to give them. Wahl said they will be glad to exchange the item for a new one. Take a lesson from Wahl Corp those of you at Apopka, they know how to do customer service. I wish there was a rating lower than one because you would get it!

Horrid customer service. They make mistakes. Once an Order didn't get processed and had me waiting too long. I finally followed up to see where and if sent and they said human error and i wsited another week till received. Another time they Sent different barber jacket then what ordered and never offered to correct their mistake. Ii Had to pay to return and follow up 3 times to see if they would exchange or refund. They even insulted me and said returned jacket smelled like it was in a fire!?!?.. Very strange how they stay in business. Never ordering from them again. I prefer ABBS -Atlanta beauty and barber.. They send tracking info, have plenty of stock and excellent CS! (Never again apopka beauty and barber)
