Salesman was dismissive and overall unwilling to answer my questions. Basically sent me away by after not being able to refill an existing account. (Should not be that difficult) The worse part was he basically sighed and said " God bless you" and turned away. Not sure where he got his training but he needs some more. I am writing the corporate office with the details.

Experience with the salesman here was the worst.1. Even after repeatedly telling him I wasnt interested in buying a new phone he refused to stop hard selling me. I had to explicitly tell him to stop trying to sell me a phone before he turned to what I came into the store for.2. Salesman have his political opinion when I neither brought up the subject nor asked him about it. When I told him it was counter to my personal beliefs he responded by saying he was a veteran and had killed people and seen his friends die in combat.3. Inaccurately described the process of switching carriers in a way that helped him try to sell me another phone. I had to conduct my own research to eventually find out that he was wrong. Probably lying about it.4. Have me the wrong sim card, had to drive back to the store after I got home to get a simcard.5. Neglected to transfer my phone number from previous network. When I noticed the problem I called and he claimed it was my previous carriers fault. Called the previous carrier and they told me everythingn was taken care of on my end. Called T-Mobile myself and the problem was the fault of the salesman.6. Signed me up for a $70 dollar plan after I explicitly told him Iwanted the $50 plan. When I asked for a copy of the contract I was told I could print it out online.This store was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a cellular store. I recommend going somewhere else if you are doing business.
