First of all, my rating is for Verizon's Apex store itself. Not for Verizon Wireless in general. I've overall been pleased with coverage, etc from them. My frustration is that i visited this store 3 different times (diff days) trying to get assistance in upgrading my phone. All three times I spent over half an hour waiting for assistance. None of those visits were during peak times either. I finally gave up and decided I would just place my order online through their website and just pick it up when ready. I placed my order around 1pm one day and swung by on my way home around 530-6pm. I went to the pick up location and as told someone would be right with me (after telling them why I was there). Someone finally took my info and came back stating the phone was not yet ready... Ok... So I waited for another half hour and was left sitting there waiting yet again. I finally left for the 4th time in total frustration with this store. I called Verizon and cancelled my order. I hate the thought of going to AT&T, but at this point I'm torn. The service at the local store is beyond horrible... And please note, this is being written by a long time fan of Verizon . I don't understand what has happened to their level of customer support.
