My car was making a terrible noise over the weekend that seemed related to the brakes. We did some work on it and it did not seem to help. I called 2 Hyundai dealerships on Monday morning and 1 did not have any service appointments until Friday and the other did not answer the phone. I called another recommended service center and they also did not answer. After seeing a positive review online, I called Southern Tire Sales and Service. The gentlemen on the phone was very nice and was flexible about when I could come by. Sure enough, when I headed over, my car was no longer making the noise. I went inside anyway and explained my concerns. They kindly listened and one of the mechanics took my car for a ride. He explained that he could not replicate the sound and did not notice anything of concern but that I should stop by if I noticed the sound again. There was no charge for their time. I definitely know where I will go if my car acts up again or for future maintenance.

The guys who work there know their stuff. Everyone is really nice. They are concerned about customer satisfaction. Had my oil changed and tires rotated while I waited. They told me that I needed an alignment so they did that for me too. Great prices. Honest people. The perfect combination!
