Upon check-in, I was advised not to leave any type food out or there would be ants. This alone should have indicated a problem coming but it was much worse. During the night, the infestation was so bad that I was awaken to ants crawling across my face, neck and in my hair. There was no sleep due to the widespread infestation in the bed, closet, floors and kitchen.When the office opened at 08:00am, I was there ready to check out and find another place. The Manager questioned my claims and when back to the room with me to see dozens of ants in the bed and on the pillow. Her comment was "I wonder where they came from" and "Well, there isn't that many." She refused to give a refund and only took off about 25% of the bill.The rooms were dirty, the floors were gross and the overall experience was horrid. I showed the manager the dirty floors (with a wet paper towel) and I received an explanation of how the expensive Aussie Oak held dirt.
