Sarah Ann should be fired! I ordered two blizzards and they were so runny that it spilled all over my son when he took the lid off while still in the drive thru lane. My sundae had literally one teaspoon of "hot" fudge and all ice cream. I tried to get her attention at the drive thru by honking and knocking but she ignored me. I went inside to be further ignored. She grudgingly acknowledged me after I just started talking to her. I told her my complaints about my food and she said "that's how we make them". I took the lid off of my other blizzard to show her the problem and, like the other one, it spilled all over the place. I asked her for a refund and she refused to give me one. When I got home I realized that the Dilly Bars I ordered we also the wrong flavor. I called the store to inform her of this and to ask when a manager would be in and she hung up on me. Horrible employee!
