I went to Sisters Fall 2012 and I liked the braids I got done. The service wasn't A1 but I really didnt expect much dialogue since I have gotten my hair done by Africans in the past (language barrier). They were cordial and suggested a style for me to get since my original style wouldn't work with my very short hair. They were fast the braids came out looking pretty good. I even recommended them to a few friends.Since I had no real complaints with my previous service from Sisters, I decided to schedule an appointment for braids for Wednesday morning. When I arrived every stylist had their chair full and no one was available to braid my hair. After a few moments of them just staring at me, someone finally asked if I had an appt. I told her yes and then they spoke amongst themselves in their language. After about 15 minutes, a stylist came over to me and said that the girl who booked my appt was sick and did not come in. Of course I was disappointed. I really planned on getting my hair braided that day. The lady said they could call someone in around noon (about 3 hrs later) to do my hair. I reluctantly said I would think about it because like them, MY time is very valuable too. I have things to do during the day and they just really threw me off track. Anywho, the lady asked me to leave my ph number and she would call me around 11 to see if I would still like my hair braided. Needless to say, unprofessionalism is their first, last, and middle name and she DID NOT call me back. I won't be calling them back either. Good day!
