This is a terrible daycare, I dislike them with all my heart and might. My hearts go's out to all the kids that ever got hurt at this daycare and mistreated. My daughter suffered a broken arm from someone inside the daycare. The day I picked her up I couldn't notice her arm hanging because she was being held by a teacher because she couldn't walk yet, she was not even one years old. I didn't think nothing of and sent her back the next day and that's when I noticed her arm hanging as she was forced to walk to me and she didn't know how to walk at the time. I asked ms. Tonya to roll the tapes back and she wouldn't therefore I got DCS involved and they shut down the baby section for awhile then around income tax time 2017 they were back open. So I would not take my child there. I hear d the older kids boo boo on themselves as if their is a virus in the 3-4 kids rooms. My friend saw her child get yanked by the arm by one of the teachers. It's just a horrible experience. I am a registered nurse and a Christian so I will continue to pray nothing like that ever happens to my daughter again, in Jesus name I pray amen!
Trinity childcare is a horrible daycare. They are short staffed dirty unorganized and unprofessional. Miss Elizabeth taught our child's class. She would lose her temper with the kids she smelled and would not notify us of when our child was injured. On one account she injured our child by slamming the door so hard on his fingers he lost two finger nails. I did not know about it until I went to pick him up that night. It's poorly managed. I feel sorry for some of the employees and every child that goes there. I hope they go out of business. Also they have been under probation by the state most of the time we attended. I don't know why we did not leave the first day we went there! I urge you to find a different daycare that will provide a safer environment and better teachers!

My kids have recently started to attend this daycare and I think things have been great so far. The place is clean and the rates are affordable compared to most of the day care centers that I have visited.
I could go on for days about what is wrong with this center. The rates are cheap for a reason! I'm lucky my baby is ok and that I got him out.
Initially I was impressed. That is until I noticed that my daughter's daily progress sheets many times were the same each day and sometimes what was written she had not even done. The director of the Antioch location could certainly brush up on her socialization skills, to say the (very) least. Seems to be unorganized and just maybe has a bit more than she can handle on her plate. Much of the staff seems to generally care, but there are also those that simply have the babysitter mentality. Like I said mixed reviews, not sure what I really think at this point. However, at this point I do know I'm going to try another program...which I'm really regretting having to do.
