"Buyer Beware" I am a 1st time customer & buyer & had the Worst experience ever with this dealership! If i could rate them a Negative 0 i would & that's just for the horrible way i was treated after i realized i was being Charged a Diffrent Price for a vehicle i purchased with them. They were dishonest & lied to me & con me into signing all their documents with a false pretence & a diffrent price i NEVER AGREED upon. Their salesmen that i worked with by the name of Brian told me this car was a certain price. We talked it over, worked out a deal & at the end of it all, I was Charged a DIFFRENT PRICE ! Even speaking about this with his head boss Van the General manager, all efforts were useless because in his own words to me after being Sarcastic, Rude & basically Insulting with all smiles on his face, keeped saying repeatly to me, " U signed the contract" so basically ur SCREWED!!Long story short, i now have to pay more than agreed upon for a car with no 3rd row head rests bcuz they were missing since i test drove the car & the dealer/salesmen swore to have them ordered for me & 3 months later, still don't exist, no back floor placemats which disappeared from my car the day i took it to the dealership to get Detailed, along with a antena & let's not dare mention all the minor dinks & dents I over saw. This car has a small dent on the back tailgate door & was very dirty on the inside, seats & carpet wise & only after I deceided to purchased it, was it vacuumed out but still had a gum stuck to the back seat, It has a small tear in my front seat & WAIT the best part of it all, is that Now I Officially get all this & more for the low price of which i will have to pay of just $22,000 or so for a 2015!!! & let's not forget to mention being threatened by Van not to write this bad review bcuz he claims he tried to make me happy with their service when he didn't even try working out any type of deal with me other than telling me i'm Screwed & Stupid.
The employees here do not care about your car. My family are regulars here and they still rip us off. Whenever something goes wrong with any of our cars, we would bring them into Antioch's NTB to be repaired. Each time they "fix" our cars, within the same week the same problem will occur again and NTB will charge you full price a second time to "fix" the problem.
Have been getting auto parts there for fifty years. Best quality, inventory, prices and professional advice. No other auto parts shop even comes close.
Great place to buy a car the owner is straight forward no B.S I WOULD BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN I went to several dealers they were all trying to sell me something I didn't want or can afford.Dave stuck with my price range and I been driving that same car for 2 years without putting any money into it except oil changes of course . thank u

My mother has had her car to Kurt 3 times for the same exact problem (transmission fluid keeps leaking onto the garage floor). The last two times he hasn't provided her with a receipt, so we don't even know if it's an issue with faulty parts (which we could then get replaced at no cost through the parts companies) or just shoddy work. All his numbers are out of order, and he won't contact her. Taking advantage of a woman with MS (really anyone, but she's my mom so I'm a bit partial to her) is disgusting and downright low. You should be ashamed of yourself Kurt Lennon. If you couldn't fix the problem, the professional thing to do would have been to send her somewhere else instead of taking her money.
Always helpful. Help with anything I have a problem with. Will test anything battery/check engine light with no hesitation even whenn weather is bad! Very pleased with customer service!!!
I am writing this because every couple of years my husband and I trade in our vehicle for a new one. We also send people to them. With all the business we have sent I would assume they would take care of us or at least not treat us like a new customer. I would hope they would be willing to take care of us. In May of 2012 We bout a new Durango from Cathrine who we always dealt with and by the end of the night we realized we'd been taken. My husband made it clear we will no longer buy new. It was upsetting . All I ask from this company is if you have loyal customers do what it takes to take care of them, to keep them coming back. Don't try and give them a run a round just to make a bigger commission. I really want to buy a new jeep and because of what happened my husband has said no. I have been there since for oil change and I know she is no longer there, because of this last time with her my husband won't come back. I just wish they would take care of their loyal customers. I bought my first new car here and it was a great experience! Thank you Kae Scott! Kae made choosing the right car a breeze and even fun. After the purchase, and while my new car was being detailed, Kae walked me over to the service Department and scheduled my free oil change and inspection. Kae walked me through all the new features of the car and answered all my stupid questions! I even drove off with a full tank of gas and new plates, ready to roll! Very unprofessional, extremely rude, the manager Jon lied to my face, the mechanics are very narrow minded and don't know basic things. This experience was not only awful, but very expensive. The front desk "guys" had ZERO knowledge making anyone feel uncomfortable to leave their vehicle there. Not only will i take this to corporate but also the BBB.
