When I was looking for a home in summer 2012, I found Mark through a search on Realtor.com looking for people with particular certifications. After interviewing me, Mark suggested I look at a house. I fell in love with it immediately. Throughout the process from first look to getting the keys and afterwards, Mark and Cynthia made everything go smoothly. He really knows the area. I have only the highest opinion of them as both nice people and as professionals. I just phoned to ask a question related to home maintenance, and was quite surprised when Cynthia recognized my voice on the phone, told me it was a pleasure working with me, and asked how I was doing in the home.
