I went for a mammogram on July 20th. The appointment was very quick, in and out within 15 minutes. The only issue I have is that I addressed the envelope for them to send me the results, like I always do, but I still have not received anything a week and a half later. I called them today, July 29th. They asked if I had received the report from my doctor. No, I happened to have seen him on July 27th for an unrelated appointment and he didn't have the report yet either. Found that they sent the report to the wrong doctor, one I've never heard of. About the one that I should have received... "She is just sending them out today so if you haven't received it by next Tuesday give us a call."
That's unacceptable to wait 2 weeks for a mammogram report.
I scheduled an appointment for a mammogram. When I arrived, they told me the machine was broken and that they left me a message. I confirmed with them my phone number and advised I did not receive a message. They told me they would call me to re-schedule as soon as the machine was repaired. That was August 28th. I still have not received a call back. The front desk assistants need training in customer service.
