Geico sent this company to get my motorcycle. They were called around 12:noon. I was told that they would be here by 1:05pm I waited until 1:07 and called the tow company I was told that they were getting the stuff ready to tow the motorcycle. And it would be a few minutes. I got a text from Geico saying if the company hasn't arrived to call them. I called the number and talked to Yolanda she put me on hold and called the tow company. She came back to the line and said that they will be at my location by 2:40pm I am furious at this point! The shop where I need my bike closes at 4:pm
My car broke down so I call BR tow. A female driver showed up name Lee ( A BIG TIME TWEAKER) she did not know what the hell she was doing. She had to call another driver in. So the other driver Brian showed up, he was very nice and helpful. I wish they sent him in the first place. He was getting frustrated with that woman driver. They need to get rid of her. If you use this company try to get the driver Brian. Brian is the only reason why they get 3 stars
The employees are regulars with the Antioch police. They are known drug addicts who are violent and have criminal records that should prevent them from working with the public. I would never recommend this company!!
These guys are snakes. They troll and illegally take it upon themselves to enforce parking. I was turning into a HOA and the tow truck followed me in. I pulled up in a "No Parking" zone to off load some material for a job. Tail gate down material on tail gate. While in the house the tow truck pulled up and snatched my truck as quickly as possible.I came out and my work vehicle was gone, tools, material, WALLET, windows down, truck unlocked. The resident advised that it was B & R Towing. They offered to give me a ride to the yard to retrieve my vehicle. When leaving we found the tow truck driver parked on the side of Laurel Rd completing the hook up of my truck. Then the lies started pouring out of his mouth. He said the HOA called to report when he had followed me in not more then 15 min ago. Then he said that they reported 2 vehicles, how ever after charging me $160 he just drove away. THE BIGGEST THING IS THIS GUY WAS IN MY WALLET I LEFT IN THE TRUCK! Plain and simple CROOKS! Hope they go bankrupt!

Almost midnight, on way home from work, Flat tire, called AAA, hoping they would come fix my tire and let me sign back up as I had let my account lapse. They told me 48 hours before I could be helped by AAA. They, however, connected me to Cupertino Towing in Antioch, CA and Hank told me he was sending someone and expect them in 30 min. Music to my ears! It was less than 30 min. Bill was who showed up, He was so professional, friendly and competent. Thanks!
I was in need of a tow and called AAA. Because I was over my tow limit for the year, AAA called Cupertino Towing in Antioch (one of their contract companies) on my behalf for a tow. While sitting in the cab with the driver doing paperwork for the commercial tow, he began to look for his cell phone which he said he left in the middle console cup holder. When he did not see it, instead of looking for it, he accused me and my cousin of stealing his phone stating "so you and your partner stole my phone". I then began to help him look, and found it under the seat. When I showed him the phone and asked was that it, he said it was, took it and placed it in his pocket, and proceeded to put my car on the flatbed without as much as an apology. I called their office and spoke to Craig, who made light of the situation like it was no big deal. Needless to say we were offended as we were accused of committing a crime we did not commit. Not only was this offensive, but feel this was racist, as my cousin and I are African American and the accusing driver was Caucasian. Never contact them for a tow unless you want to be offended and have your character assaulted by way of being accused of committing an immoral crime.
