The auto body mechanics broke the latch to my hood, i picked my car up on 3/9/17 and I go out to look under my hood 3/13/17 and my hood would not open. I look underneath the latch to see if they forgot to hook it back up, and I see that the latch is broken in two. Mind you they never said to me that they broke it. They could of did the honorable thing and said that they broke it and that they were going to repair it, but no they chose not too. Either their going to fix it or I'm taking them to small claims court. Check your car from top to bottom, if you're forced to use the company due to your insurance company.
Mike was on time and was very professional. Fixed my issue in the agreed upon time frame. I would recommend him again.
I called Mike for an estimate to fix our car. He communicated clearly with me his fee structure, right up front. He came out the next day to look at our vehicle, which was parked in front of our house. After his initial diagnosis, we discussed his plan to fix the oil leak and the total cost. He said he never exceeds the total cost quoted and he mentioned he only charges for actual labor time spent and materials, so the total cost can be less than the original quote. He also informed me that he allows the customer to provide the parts, if desired. Mike purchased the parts and promptly installed them. He kept me informed and was easy to talk to. The repair was completed successfully, on time, on budget and not a drop of oil was spilled on the street. He even checked back with me a week later to make sure I was still a satisfied customer and I was! I will definitely call Mike the next time I have an automobile issue.
Honest, on time, skilled. Mike is a book of knowledge with autos. He fixed my problem and explained everything to me.
Worst service, Chris the service guy lied and said my alternator was bad needed to be replaced for $859 plus tax, I had it towed to another shop, it was just a bad battery. Chris even said the battery was good, Chris charged me $165 for this diagnostic and it was WRONG. Do not go here, they lie and cheat you out of money. Horrible people.
I developed a leak in the transmission of my 2004 BMW & took it to D&K.D&K told me they worked on BMWs & did transmission repair. Angel said they charge $95 for a diagnostics.D&K called me back & wanted to take the transmission out & replace it. I was told they don't work on transmissions. They just told me that the transmission leaked. I already knew this & could have guessed that I could just replace the transmission without taking it to D&K. They led me to believe that they were a transmission shop. They did no diagnostics. They lied. I told Angel that I would not pay the $95. Angel refused to give me the keys to my vehicle. He was totally unprofessional I had to call the police out there to their shop. These guys are the classic bait & switch scam. They will tell you that they do transmission repair & try to sell you something for more repair than your car actually may need. A rip off! This place encourage people not to call the cops or use insurance if a car accident occurs in front of dodge.thus making hit&runs,employees come out&estimate,give there "insurer opinion", choose who's at fault&intimidate the parties. On the clock too. They don't stay as witnesses,but will state what they witnessed"you were in the right, you were in the wrong" like it's that employees job to assess my insurance claim. Telling people they should not do the right thing like call the cops at the scene of accident . Bad employees. Bad.all around. They don't deserve one star.
Justin and his crew are amazing. I have gone to them twice now with a third trip scheduled.So far I've had a tuneup on my classic car, and a motor Mount and trans mount on my daily driver. Very upset, to upset right now to elaborate. They brook two different parts on my new car and will nor take ownership for it. I was told to tak re it to body shop to get repaired but it was going to be on me to pay for it. I can't believe the do not stand behind their work. After 3 Years of going to them to sevice my 2010 1500 dodge ram I will not be returning EVER. If anyone from Dodge cares my receipt says I am customer # 49841 unit #62823 and invoice 210333. The service manager was supposed to call me yesterday and never did so I am sure this will fall on Deaf ears as well.

One week and several hundred dollars later I towed it to Worrells all the way in Antioch where I use to live because I know they are good. In less then an hour they figured out the problem, and ordered the parts. They had it back to me by the next day and gave me a good price to fix it.
