Worst service, Chris the service guy lied and said my alternator was bad needed to be replaced for $859 plus tax, I had it towed to another shop, it was just a bad battery. Chris even said the battery was good, Chris charged me $165 for this diagnostic and it was WRONG. Do not go here, they lie and cheat you out of money. Horrible people.
This place encourage people not to call the cops or use insurance if a car accident occurs in front of dodge.thus making hit&runs,employees come out&estimate,give there "insurer opinion", choose who's at fault&intimidate the parties. On the clock too. They don't stay as witnesses,but will state what they witnessed"you were in the right, you were in the wrong" like it's that employees job to assess my insurance claim. Telling people they should not do the right thing like call the cops at the scene of accident . Bad employees. Bad.all around. They don't deserve one star.
Very upset, to upset right now to elaborate. They brook two different parts on my new car and will nor take ownership for it. I was told to tak re it to body shop to get repaired but it was going to be on me to pay for it. I can't believe the do not stand behind their work. After 3 Years of going to them to sevice my 2010 1500 dodge ram I will not be returning EVER. If anyone from Dodge cares my receipt says I am customer # 49841 unit #62823 and invoice 210333. The service manager was supposed to call me yesterday and never did so I am sure this will fall on Deaf ears as well.
