Victory Mobile Home Park

Went looking for a 2 bedroom. Had nice older homes, cost was good but home was too small for my family and dogs. Looks like they are working on rehabbing the park. Manager was helpful, just not for us.

Very unprofessional and take advantage of many in the area, want you to pay rent timely but they dont want to fix anything correctly or timely. Stay far far away,, you have been warned.

This place is terrible! The homes are old and the premises is dirty. I went to look at a place and the guy David that showed me around reeked of marajuana. Spend the extra money and rent elsewhere.
