Anthem Claim Management

I'm very upset about this situation. I lost $8000 in damage ( my citizen ship certificate was stolen) with the company Liberty Moving Group. I had to live for one month in the hotel until my items were delivered to my home. I call the Co repeated times to send me after a month my furniture, expensive picture were scratched and one expensive desk was delivered in pieces. The other boxes were completly wet and opened, many things were lost. My settlement was $114!!! That is the amount that I spend in hundred of pictures. I rejected the joke money and planning to complaim to the Bussiness Bureau . In the settlement paper they told me to notarize it and is a long list that they prohibit you to do as complain in the internet, etc.

this business is trash they are fraudulent in the processing of its claims and have a manager cliam adjuster and office full of decietful people who only give you the run around . Jhonthan swears that he dosen't need to speak to anyone he thinks he's god. Diana lies for Jhonthan, and states he is untouchable and the receptionist is just there in the way. they will never stay in business the way they operate and everyone should speak out against these arrogant people. I intend to file a complaint with the insurance breau. they are violating our rights when stating that we can't speak to anyone regarding our claims. i know i am a insurance agent

They are unresponsive to claims submitted. It has been almost three months since my moving company broke my furniture and I can;t even get them to respond to a request for claim status.
