        HMP Industries business strategy is focused on creating integrated supply chain relationships with a small number of select customers using its customized outsourcing solutions approach. It is not a traditional job shop and therefore generally does not simply quote on supplied drawings, unless a relationship has been established first. The company has a management staff with many years of experience. All of its senior executives have master's degrees in addition to undergraduate technical degrees. Most managers have bachelor's degrees appropriate to the field or have more than twenty years of experience in manufacturing. HMP Industries occupies a 66,000 square foot building in Ansonia, Conn.
