General Info

We are H.R. Weaver Building Systems Inc., a general contracting firm in Annville, Pa. We've been in business for over 35 years and have maintained a solid reputation as a quality contractor. We work with our customers from initial planning to project completion to deliver a cost effective, high quality structure. Pre-engineered steel and wood frame buildings are a key part of our business, along with residential housing, commercial property development, and residential development. We construct all types of buildings to be used for private garages, warehouses, automotive centers, office buildings, churches, restaurants, manufacturing, and residential homes. H.R. Weaver Building Systems' mission is to build a construction company of superior strength, competence and reputation. This mission is based upon the twin foundations of commitment to employee growth and the dedication to exceptional customer service. We believe that success results from a desire to fully understand customer needs, from honest commitments effectively fulfilled. Founded in 1972 in the automotive business garage of the Weaver brothers Harold and Glenn, the company combined automotive repair with construction in the agricultural industry. By 1978, both sides of the company had grown so much that the business split so that each brother could specialize in their individual passions. Harold joined in the partnership with his wife Sondra. The two moved the business from Campbelltown to Annville onto their farm. In less than 10 years, the couple saw their business double, first adding Butler products and later, Lester Buildings. Residential construction and land development followed in the late 1990's. Today, the couple's two sons, Chad and Dave, have joined the family business. Chad became General Manager/President in 1995. Dave, Informational Technology specialist, designs the website and computer upgrades for the company and heads his own software company from leadership in our industry, and service to our community.
