University Dodge in Anniston Alabama took my stolen truck in as a trade in and will not tell me what it is do not use these people they're Crooks
Being from Houston and not being able to see the truck my experience with Mike and Chad was outstanding! Saw pics from the Internet then talked to Mike about concerns about buying sight un-seen...both he and Chad made extra efforts to provide me with additional pics & views. Their customer service goes above and beyond and everything they stated was accurate and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would very highly recommend this dealership whether in town or out of state.
Purchased a vehicle August 7 dealership did not send information (tag and selling info so I could get my tag) to the DMV until 60 days later so I was not able to drive my vehicle for 30 days. Because I could not get my tag because they would not send the information to the DMV. Horrible customer service would not replace the missing headlight bulb when I purchased the vehicle. Called several times to get information sent over to DMV left messages numerous amount of times nobody would call me back. Beware of this dealership did under the table deal that’s why they did not have the title on hand and couldn’t produce it within the 30 days of allotted time they are allowed. Sales manager signed me up for platinum warranty was not told they were different levels of Warranty signed me up for the most expensive warranty without my knowledge did not go over the differences between the warranties did not tell me how the warranty worked. Also pulled my credit with out my knowledge when I was already pre approved by my credit union. Just an all-around bad experience!
My experience was amazing. My credit score was horrible but they worked with me like it was a 800. Came in for a used car ended up with a new one. The salesman literally was running back and forth to get me the best deal possible. Even took my rental car back for me so I could drive my new car to work without being late.
Good people and good deals. They have used cars n trucks uhauls n storage buildings. Its local family owned
Purchased a car was told I would get reimbursed for tires. It's been a month and haven't received nothing. Can't get a tag because the finance manager didn't put name actually the way it is on my license. This has been a headache and a inconvenience. They really do not care. The only thing they care about is a sell. Salesman lie , they will sell you a smoked out car and pretend they do not smell it.
Seemed to be ok until they give you the run around about a title application. Always saying the computer is down when really they don't have a business license to sale cars.
Beware, Beware, BewareAttempted to purchase my third vehicle from this dealership....it was a horrible experience. Long story short ended up talking to an attorney and stopping payment on a check and final going directly to the lender to stop this deal gone bad!
Typical bait and switch tactics - "Sorry, but the car was sold last night". I had setup an appointment to check out the vehicle, received email confirmation, also received an email on the day of the visit confirming my appointment to which I replied with a confirmation - but when I show up, the car was already "sold" - and they didn't even bother to let me know. There was good initial communication and follow-up by phone and email - but looking back, that was just to lure me in.Beware - you have been warned. Stay away from this business!
Good selection. Nice staff. Did my research before I made my purchase. Knew exactly what I was willing to pay. Gave them a number. Twice they came back with their offer. I didn't budge. Walked away, trading in my car with 160k+ that was about to give me major trouble, with a 2010 Nissan rogue less than 65k miles. Now I have a nice car that will last me a long time. $13,000.00 not a penny more! Did I say that I am a single mother, 44 yrs old, all of 5' tall. I did NOT have a man with me.
