Sarrell Dental Center

Our 2nd trip there, 1stwas Excellent, the man was AWESOME definitely 5 ⭐️ he took the time to ease her mind at 2 & a half, they didn't strap her, but the 2nd trip was miserable. Place was clean, the receptionist Was awesome, they had no X-rays of my 4yr old never done any, & didn't bother to. She was complaining w/ her lower left back tooth I made this very clear they strapped her down didn't take the time to give her gas as the first trip I told them she needed it to calm down they automatically strapped her & went at it. She obviously fought them & screamed the whole time. The clamp that held her mouth open kept hurting her lip she told them it was hurting & it's very important she tells them & they said they wasn't stopping to listen . They was suppose to do 2 teeth & couldn't so they half way did one. Here it is 10hrs later & she's crying w/ that tooth. It wasn't hurting before. when done she didn't get toothbrush, toy, or anything from staff. But all the others there did. SAD����

the staff was nice and very friendly.
