Our heat went out yesterday (early Feb, in the 20s overnight) and I had thought it was the thermostat. I was suggested to call another HVAC repair man. I called and left a message (who still hasn't returned my call). I looked up HVAC repair on the Yellow Pages and saw Haynes Heating and Air. He had good reviews, so I gave him a call. Mike answered the phone. He spent about 10 minutes (after business hours) talking me through what the issues probably were and giving me things to check. This was all BEFORE he knew that I was going to give him my business. I was able (with his help) to find take pictures and send him evidence of the problem.
By the next morning he was out here and within a short time had the problem resolved.
Mike Haynes has service that's helpful/educational and timely. It even cost me much less than I was expecting! Most importantly, we have heat!!!
I am very pleased and will use Haynes again in ever I am in need of HVAC service. Thank you, Mike!
This company is top notch. Mike has the expertise to do the job right at a reasonable price. His professionalism, punctually, responsiveness, and quality of work is also top notch. I would NOT use any other company for my heating and air conditioning needs.
Repaired a/c unit in about 15 minutes. The technician went right to the problem, fixed it, and was gone. It was uneventful and everyone was so nice - from scheduling the appointment to the service tech! The cost was much less than I had anticipated - reasonable service call rate. I would recommend Haynes Heating and Air Conditioning with reservation.
