HOME SELLERS BEWARE! A prospective buyer of my home used these clowns. What a joke! They claimed one of my furnaces needed servicing claiming it was ready to die. I had to spend $125.00 to prove them wrong. After that buyer walked, another potential buyer used them and again, they claimed the same furnace was ready to go "wheels up". My realtor showed them the report from the furnace repair people showing the furnace was in perfect working order. Then they claimed my one fireplaces was leaking gas! If that was true, we would have blown ourselves up 4 years ago. Sixty dollars later, they were proved wrong. Then they claimed my main electrical panel was improperly grounded. Again, $60.00 later, they were proven wrong. The electrical inspector said, "What is wrong with them? Can't they see the city inspector's signature on the front of the panel?" They ended up costing me $245.00 and every time I call them they are never in a woman takes down my name and number but I never get a call back from them. AVOID THESE INCOMPETANT'S AT ALL COSTS
