Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. All were well-dressed and their pride in their work showed. No pressure towards upgrades, etc. Great weekend rate. Office accommodated me immediately for my last-minute plans. No wait. I would definitely recommend. Also, I initially booked online at another nearby location, and they were out sold out of vehicles for the lower rate.. They called me immediately to let me know, and offer options, instead of showing up and getting the news. Great customer service! Keep up the good work!

Had to exchange 2 vehicles the first had hairs everywhere with a hang tag on the rear view mirror stating that the vehicle was clean & inspected. The 2nd vehicle as soon as I pulled off the lot my daughter complained of bad smells I pulled over & inspected the vehicle which had dog feces & a chew toy under the seat. I immediately returned the vehicle & pointed this out to the employee whom said if you weren't late this would not have happened....this vehicle also had a hang tag indicating it was clean...poor service will lead to no service when there bad customer service!

While I usually rent only with enterprise this location is a scam and a bunch of liars. Now this branch is acting like the other cheaper rental companies: Thrifty, Budget, Dollar.

Upon renting my car I pointed out a long white surface scratch to the 'assistant manager'. He did not document it because it was surface and it rubbed right off with the soap and water from the freshly washed car. When done with our rental we had to drop off the car outside of operating hours and later that day I received call and enterprise wants to charge me nearly $500 for this scratch.

Enterprise does not have have any records on site for prior renters which I assured them would document this scratch. They did not pull prior records for this vehicle from their system.

I'm HUGELY disappointed in this location. I spoke with the manager who called me back, but basically said "uh, we have no records on site for this vehicle as they are all sent to corporate so I can't tell you if the scratch was on the vehicle when you rented the car."

I asked them for my final contract and they don't have that either.

Now this location is taking up my time, energy and money. Do not rent from them.


Satisfactorily resolved. A bit frustrating to go through the experience but I received a really nice call from the regional manager who agreed with us that the damage was from a prior rental. Though it took three weeks they were able to find the damage on previous reports. They also refunded my rental fee for the two days I had the car $77. I'll still rent with enterprise, but not this location.

I've upgraded my stars from 1 to 3, because I'm still not pleased the damage was not noted on our check in sheet and that the assistant manager did not remember us pointing out the damage two days later.
