The sales staff are professional, but I would only buy a Jeep from John Barbo! He is a gentleman, professional, friendly and most importantly does not pressure you. He answers all your questions and truly works with you to get the best price! I felt as if he was in my corner.I have overheard another salesperson here brag about how much they were making from a sales, and convinced the client to finance here.This is not the case I have experienced with John.Although they have a service department here, but it is closed on weekends, which is extremely inconvenient, further they are highly expensive compared to other expert auto mechanic shops up the road that are also ASE certified. I would only go there if I thought the repair was covered under warranty.

This amazing company is not only great at the mechanical aspects of their business, but they also go above and beyond in the customer service department. THEY ARE HONEST and decent, trustworthy and safe. I'm glad I live down the street from them because it was easy to find them. Now that I know them- they have a customer for life!
I have been bringing my car to them for years. Over the past 2 years they have provided me with horrible service for my 2005 RL. First they told me they could not conduct a repair because they needed the original keys...I never changed the keys, they were the original when I purchased the car. So, they got me for over 100.00 to have A key made. Then, they could not do a battery load test because my battery was too low...It was a new battery, not more than 2 weeks old. They told me I needed a new one and sold me a a lesser amp battery than the new one I had in the car for more that what I paid for the one at Advance Auto. When I had the battery checked, it was 1245 amps...Nothing wrong with it. Needless to say, they could not diagnose any problem I was having but I was out of the price for a new battery. I will NEVER use them again!
This dealership will scam you, take advantage of you, lie to you and do whatever is needed to seal the deal. I went in as a single woman and they saw me coming from 10 miles away. After 6 hours there and another hour signing paperwork I left the dealership on false pretenses and when I went back none of the promises could be kept. I was also told after 6 months I was guaranteed a lower interest rate just for on time payments. Toyota doesn't even refinance. The dealership itself is well aware of the way their salesmen and financial individuals do business and yet refuse to right any wrongs. I don't like being lied to and I really don't like being taken advantage of. Both happened here. Over and over. Save yourself the headache and just go to another toyota location!
