horrible customer service..I get that they want new customers to switch plans over but for us pre-existing customers who have been with metro pcs for years ,we shouldnt have to be treated like some inconvenience . I walked in to upgrade my phone looking for a deal . I literally said " Hi i have an old LG and I would like to find a deal on a new upgrade" The Young woman looked at me like i was in the wrong store and with a very annoyed face said "we dont have anything for sale" She then took me over to a counter of phones and just stood there silent . I had to ask her what every phone was ..just answered w/ short yes, no answers . there was NO ONE in the store . she wasnt in a rush , yet she acted annoyed gave me no information unless I pried it out of her. I left because I didnt feel welcomed or comfortable being in there. If you hire people to sell your product , then hire people that can sell your product.Make sure they can show friendly welcoming attitudes and actually want to "help" a customer. Isnt that the point?.It makes a difference believe me. I took my business elsewhere to give an example .This is an extremely competitive market so Im surprised you are not training your employees to have better customer care skills .Thats just bad marketing ethics and isnt how you keep a store open.
