Our room was very quiet, bed very comfortable. This was our 4th time stay each time for one night traveling through Ann Arbor. Really only complaint I have is having to buy Starbucks coffee in lobby for $3/small cup. I couldn't even drink it as it was so bitter and strong. I really don't think it was made correctly. Other option is to use coffee maker in room that is also Starbucks. I tried it but couldn't drink that either. I really do not like to even support Starbucks for personal reasons but as a migraine sufferer, morning coffee sometimes makes headache better so willing to try anything. Just seems having coffee available in lobby would be much more customer friendly.

Nice Hotel, Horrible Restaurant

I stayed at the Four Points with my boyfriend and got the Valentines Package. The hotel room itself was very nice, very clean and quiet. However, the package was awful. We ate at the hotels' restaurant, Michaels Chop House, and our service was horrible. The pictures online of the tables and room are not updated; it looks more like a Coney Island now. The package included a $60 voucher for the hotel, 6 chocolate covered strawberries in the room and some more things. The service was awful, we never got bread, and our server seemed like we were a burden on him. We also got the delight of watching a server yell at a child for running around, which considering the atmosphere of the restaurant, was not disturbing anything. The menu online was not offered on Valentines Day, instead we were given a limited menu with only one vegetarian option, so I opted for the salad bar only, which halfway through our meal we noticed workers frantically changing everything out of (we later both got sick). The horrible meal should have cost about $25 dollars tops, instead cost twice that. We only received 4 strawberries in our room also.
