        Overall

        We retained David Nacht to represent our 18 yr old U of M freshman son in an OIE investigation to determine if he violated the "Student Sexual Misconduct Policy". Throughout the entire nerve-wracking process, Mr. Nacht exhibited genuine concern for the overall well being of our son. He was very experienced and versed in the entire OIE process. Our son's investigation resulted in a successful outcome. We would highly recommend Mr. Nacht to other families for their student's legal needs.
