I am a frequent user of the ann arbor huron st location.the staff is friendly and professional and are more than willing to accommodate any requests I've made.great sevice but don't expect at all locations.have had horrible experiences at another area location.if using enterprise in ann arbor huron st location is the best.
I love this Enterprise! The staff a fabulous, very friendly and helpful! Thanks to enterprise my trip was worry free! I travel past two entreprises to get to this one because to customer service is so welcoming! Keep up the good work!
If you put a preference for a certain vehicle in your reservation and call ahead to make sure they have that preference recorded, they will tell you they cannot guarantee it but "they will do everything they can" to get the model that you prefer. Actually, they seem to have no clue about how to accommodate your preference. I don't think they even have a system in place to share that preference between the staff that are behind the counter renting away vehicles. They just give you empty talk about doing everything they can to seem friendly but it is just that....empty talk.It happened to me when I reserved the 15 passenger van from this location and made super clear that I preferred the Ford over the Chevy and called many times to confirm they recorded my preference.On the day of pick up, the young smiley person behind the counter offered either or to the guy right in front of me!!! she had no clue about my preference. Luckily, that guy did not care and I got what I wanted.

Repeat customer who continually has great service at this location. This time I was given a free luxury upgrade much to my surprise. The only thing I would improve is to have the interior cleaned a little better. And I love that they have an after-hours key drop box that allows me to drop it off after they are closed but before the next day without being charged extra.
Great customer service. Enterprise picked me up and took me back to the dealer where my car was being repaired. I do have one concern, I drive a Linclon and try to maintain cleanliness because I have a Lincoln. The Lincoln that enterprise gave me was very dirty. Enterprise needs to keep the luxury cars especially nice. Otherwise good.
Oh my god do these guys suck. I had a reservation to get a hitch installed. They reserved the wrong hitch (I needed one with a 2" receiver and they marked down a Class II hitch with a 1.25" receiver). When I called to correct, they said they didn't have any of the correct ones in stock (even though they had quoted us for the 2" one originally) and said I could pay an extra $80 to get one shipped in 2-3 days. We couldn't wait longer because of our upcoming trip. I ended up talking to someone at U-haul customer service who claimed to find the hitch I needed at the Taylor, MI store and set up an appointment for the next day. An hour before my appointment at Taylor, I got a call letting me know that they had installed the last hitch on someone else's vehicle at 10am that day and that I could get one shipped for $80... etc. I called the regional office and got the same story--now claiming that NO U-Haul facilities within an hour drive of Ann Arbor had a Class III hitch in stock (but I could pay $80 for expedited shipping). I just scheduled an appointment to have Bamco Mobile Hitch come to my house tomorrow to install the hitch. It's $50 more than U-Haul's quote ($250 instead of $200) but oh-so-worth it. Check my review of Bamco in a few days to see if they actually came through. Regardless, I'm not going back to U-Haul.
I live in Oklahoma and was in Michigan visiting family.National Car Rental by far had the best customer service. They rented me a new car, without a bunch of hassle,I had roudtrip Train tickets and a debit card. They were awesome.We always go to National for our rentals because we get great cars,and no hassle.Vacationed in Tuscon,Az and rented National car rental there,we got the same service.I won't rent from any other company.
