Don't buy a car from these people. Some of the most disreputable people i have ever done business with. They will come across as family oriented just trying to help people and make promises they have no intention of keeping. Now they are trying to keep my money and my car using a unknown state law my lawyer cant even find. Run as fast you can in the opposite direction.

This lot sold a car that was junk to my parents, knowing full and well that it was junk. I called to inform the management that the vehicle was not a good running vehicle, and his answer was "according to Kansas state law, we are not obligated to pay for any repairs once it's sold". To me that is just horrible business and no one deserves to go through that. Keep your hard earned money, and buy from someone that values their customers, and does good business. Last but not least when you call up there they talk negatively about you because they think you can't hear them, then when you mention it to them they act completely surprised that your heard the comments. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!! I have to give one star to be able to post, but honestly I wish I I didn't have to give them that!!!!

This place is pure BULLSH**!!!! I would NOT recommend this horrible place to anyone! They sold me a car with a messed up motor & was fully aware that the car was rigged before they sold it to me. I'm young so of course they got over on me. I don't appreciate it AT ALL. The same day I drove the car off the lot it accelerated really slow & it still takes time to get up to speed, I've only had it for 2 weeks. Stull has 60day tags & not to mention my warranty is NOT up. I've contacted them multiple times asking them to look at my car, every time they were supposed to they never showed up or never responded. When I call I barely get a answer. Today my car gave out and started smoking really bad, I called spoked with the manager about it & he was really unprofessional & rude. He told me that the person who changed my oil messed my car up. I shouldn't have had to get a oil change to begin with. I tried to explain to him that my car was & has been messed up since i got it, he refused to admit thag it was their doing & By the end of the conversation he hung up on my face in the middle of me talking. I called & spoke with someone else & still have yet to get a call back. This place is a complete rip off! Keep your money & take it somewhere worth it.

Purchased a vehicle at Mort Family Motors on a friday in October of 2014 and it was parked in the garage all weekend. On Sunday when I moved the car I doscovered a leak underneath. It looked like motor oil. I took it in and they said they were unaware of the leak. They said it was power steering and would fix it for $900. After complaining, they took it to $150 which is still BS. I shouldn't have had to pay a penny. I said I would let them know. They also tried to sell me an additional warranty for $1100. I took it to a reputable mechanic and they said it was motor oil like I thought. If they're mechanic can't tell the difference between a motor oil leak and PS fluid leak, then I don't want hi mto touch it! This place is shady like no other dealer I've dealt with. Their voicemail was always full so I could never get ahold of them and had to drive out there and wait for them to open and then wait for the manager and so called mechanic to show up only to be told I have to pay for the repair. It also took me almost 4 months to get the title which I was told by the financing company that there were several other people in the same boat. Even the owner told me that he was having difficulties with them. I will never buy another car from them or even recommend them to anyone. The day I bought the car and took it home, I had to replace burnt out tag lights and a brake light and a few fuses. There were peanut shells on the floor and trash. The car wasn't clean or fully functional not to mention illegal with the burnt out lights! Even thought it wasn't my fault, the finance company was threatening to take my car away because it wasn't registered yet due to not getting the title in a timely manner. HORRIBLE company!!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!

Excellent Customer Service! It feels like home when you walk in and the staff treats you like family. You don't feel like you're at a car dealer. They made sure I found the car I wanted and could afford. They also repair cars so I'm going to be bringing my truck in to get fixed so I can give it to my son. Highly Recommend A+++++
