I have been without service for 6 days now. Can't get anyone to come out and restore service. We actually believed the TV commercials for "fast and reliable" service. I don't know when we will have the service we are paying for restored.

Awesome people Billy Bob explaining in depth about certain cellphones and which ones had more gb storage and ram and speed of Internet usage
This store is awful they tell you that sprint will buy out your contract that is a lie they told me i would get a rebate card in the mail is six weeks but it took 6 months now they are trying to make me pay that back
If I could give this store 0 stars I would, they're worse than TERRIBLE. To start with, their hours are odd.. I went to pay my bill the other night at SEVEN..and they're closed already. Secondly, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. One girl who will remain nameless is rude, rude, rude. And obviously isn't happy with her job and the final straw was the fact that because the store owner(I'm assuming) is too cheap to buy the machine to pay your bill, you have to PAY THEM FIVE EXTRA DOLLARS to pay with cash. THATS $60 A YEAR just to pay your bill in cash... Sprint has been a problem since the beginning... And this store is a reflection of their work. STAY WITH VERIZON(or anyone else for that matter).
This guys just don't care about their customers. I ordered service in September. After 4 'no shows' to install service they finally arrived on the 5th attempt. No supervisor or manager ever called to express concern or apologize for their terrible behavior. During the 5th install I found this 'high speed' service was less than 10% faster than my reliable AT&T DSL. Really….why would I ever change!
We went in to purchase new phones, since our old ones do not even have texting. We transferred over from Verizon due to coverage issues. When I went in to purchase an LG Xpression, it was marked down for half off (as a mail-in rebate offer). I looked at the offer and it said that it didn't start until the next day, so I asked the rep about it and he said it wouldn't be a problem. I purchased the phone and sent in the rebate but received a letter saying they would not honor the deal because it does not fall within the specified dates. Now when I call the store back, I am sent on a rather large and complicated gauntlet which ultimately leads back in on itself. I cannot use the "I'm not on a touch-tone phone" trick, nor can I use the "dial 0 for operator" trick. When I finally try the gauntlet for the 4th time, I pretend I am going to purchase something new and I actually get through to the store, but it only rings 3 times before leading back into the phone gauntlet. Needless to say I am displeased with their lack of professionalism and inability to address customer concerns/needs.
I have had almost nothing but trouble out of the Verizon store! They are always friendly, which is the only reason they are getting 1 star. The service on the other hand is a different story all together. The reps really don't know what they are talking about. One rep even flat out lied to us about needing the internet for a touch screen phone to avoid a $325 bill that is normally $180. Needless to say, we still got stuck paying the bill even though Verizon was at fault. When my contract is up, I will NOT be resigning with Verizon. I certainly hope that the Verizon store in Somerset, Ky does better than the Anderson store.
