I am on Medicare, I left my dentist after 9 years to get in network. Boy I made a mistake. The equipment there is not up to date. There was so many people there, I was moved to two rooms before I got to the room for my cleaning. The hygienist was very nice don't get me wrong, but she cleaned my teeth using no water and did not clean the back of my bottom front teeth.The whole place just didn't seem clean either. When the doctor came in, looked at my teeth and said "if you have any problems give us a call". What? But I was having a problem and they knew that. One tooth was very sensitive and was hurting. So What? He did not try to find out why it was hurting. He did not go over my x-rays or even look at that tooth again. I was so, so disappointed. I had them to send my former dentist my x-rays so that they can look at them. This was on a Friday I was back at my dentist on Wednesday for another cleaning and have them check that tooth. The hygienist in Anderson did not do a very good job. And the x-rays they sent was hard for my dentist to read. So I had pay out of pocket to have mine professionally cleaned and found out that I did have two small cavities. I will not recommend this dentist office to anyone else ever. They don't do a very good job.

My child has been coming here for the past 7 years and we both love it because there's a play area for the kids and the staff is very professional and patience with the child and I love how they get you in and out

Had a very good visit. No long wait. Got in and out in less than 45 min. The staff was very good. Dr. Toth is awesome. She knows her stuff and coaches the hygienists very well. Great overall experience. The waiting area could be improved in appearance.

Staff are pretty friendly. The dentist at the Main St Anderson location is phenomenal. We are self pay & my daughter had a few cavities & without us even asking, she gave us a huge discount.

I use to phobia of dentist from a horrible experience from a bad dentist with many years of pain pain pain and loss of two teeth from a fool who should not be in practice. BUT KOOL SMILE has restored my mouth, and my confidence. ...this is a awesome place...always friendly, and will do what ever needed to work with what's best for you and your family.

My one sons first dentist experience was traumatic making him afraid of the dentist, but after switching to Kool Smiles he loves going to the dentist now! The staff is very friendly and know how to work with children. They make rescheduling easy and have great hours. All three of my children now love to get their teeth cleaned and have learned a lot about dental hygiene.

I love Kool Smiles! The office was super busy, but they were great and really good at seeing me quickly. I like the staff because they are nice and good with children. They really know what they are talking about, which I like. Kool Smiles has my vote, every time.

I have been going to Kool Smiles in Anderson for about 9 years now and I love it! Dr. V is amazing and she is so nice.Especially since I am scared of needles and other things involved about the dentist she keeps you relaxed and you just feel like you're in good hands. Also the staff is amazing and make your visit easy going and talk with you and get to know you on a personal level. Its a wonderful place especially for mw and my siblings!
