Made a deal with Jim the owner on Thursday afternoon. I came back on Friday like I said I would, but he had sold the unit to somebody else. I had tried calling him several times that morning, but he would not answer. I also texted him, but he would not respond back to me. He had my phone number, but not the nerve, or courtesy, to call me and tell me that he had sold the unit out from under me. Avoid this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!@
I just happened to find this business and I'm glad I did! He worked with me to give me the best deal and my Toyota repair looks great, better than before! I was happily surprised to see they even washed it and also cleaned the inside. Would highly recommend!
0 stars!!! Horrible service! No one knows what there doing! I live almost 3 hours away and they call and tell me to come test drive a vehicle and when I finally arrive, it took them 20 minutes to even find the car and then it wasn't drivable because the clutch was broken, I can't drive a clutch and they did not tell me it was a clutch! I find another car that seemed decent and I was approved for it, the very next day, the breaks almost went out, and I took it to a shop and the roters are warped beyond fixing. I called the dealership to replace the roters and they says they can't do it and then never returned the call like they said they would. The fan belt started knocking. I find a recall on the computer program that went out 3 years ago. I get the title in the mail and they signed it, not allowing me to place my tag on the car. I finally get a power of attorney letter to get the tag and the tag office informed me that the dealerships application has me responsible for the fees and it's over $500!!! I called the dealership and no one returned the call! I have never in my life had such horrible people or service!! Never send anybody to this dealership!! They are nothing be a rip off and scam artists!!
DO NOT take your car here for repairs. It is probably the worse service I have ever experienced. You will not be informed about your car or repairs, I had to call and text every hour to find out if my warranty would cover the repair. I was told they would provide a loaner if it was more than 24 hours, never received a loaner. Of course after two days the factory warranty would not pay but I had an extended warranty that should pay for the repairs and that took two days to only find out that no it wouldn’t pay for the repairs. My car had a factory recall on the fuel pump motor that was causing gas to leak into the oil and messed the engine up, they fixed the recall but refused to pay for the damage to the car. Something about it was an after market warranty. I should have read their reviews before taking the vehicle to this dealership for repairs. Worse place ever and you will regret taking your car there, learn from my mistake. Read all the reviews on this place and do not put yourself through the lies and poor customer service.

Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I called to make a appointment a week prior for tire mountings and a front end alignment and I was asked if I could drop it off. The day of drop off he was late to open the shop, “he forgot I was coming”. I was waiting when he got out of his truck and ignored me to run in and put the open sign up. I had to find him in the shop to talk to him. After talking to him I was told he doesn’t mount tires, after agreeing to do it the week prior when I called to set the appointment up. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
If it were possible to give this business a MINUS 5 stars, I would. I called them from long distance to get them to repair a tire at my son's home who lives locally. I paid in full over the phone and they never showed up to do the service. After the second day of calling them to see what the problem was, they stopped answering the phone altogether. This business is obviously dishonest and possibly even criminal. DO NOT waste your time or money with these people! I also wanted to share their excuse for not showing up the first day. Apparently the driver who was in route stopped at McDonald's...which got robbed while he was inside waiting on his order and caused him to be detained by the local police so that he could give a statement. If McDonald's actually was robbed, there was no information about it on Google...and Google knows EVERYTHING! That being said, add "LIAR" to the description of this business and its' employees. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and pursuing whatever legal means necessary to have my money refunded for a service that was never provided. If there were ever a business that personified the term "Buyer Beware", RCR Towing is it... Heck, it is because of businesses like this one that the term was coined in the first place. Shame on them! If you ever find yourself tempted (or desperate enough) to pick up the phone and call them for ANY type of service, you won't be able to say that you weren't warned.
Jim is a very honest man who does great work. He has been working on my car plus both my daughters cars for a long time. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. The older white man literally Drooled on the floor while eating when we were trying to have a conversation with him. He was also rude and contenuiously told us that we were in the wrong when he is working for us. Do not ever go there.
