Horrible, horrible, horrible. They've lost our medical records twice. They often don't respond when you call with a concern. A representative was supposed to come to our home. She didn't arrive and I called. She said she thought the appointment was an in-office visit and then found out later she was supposed to come to our house. She came two days later, ascertained our CPAP needs and promised the equipment would be sent very soon. That was 10 days ago. I called today to inquire about the delivery and talked to a human being to express my concern and frustration. She said she'd check and get back in touch. She didn't call back.
