Wow is all I can say! This is not in a good way! Met with a person from the company at a property. He showed up on time and that's the only good part of our experience. He got out of his vehicle as we did he walked in front of us and said absolutely nothing until he was asked if he was there to show the place.He the stated no he was there to mess with the locks. Not sure why sarcasm is used when we haven't even met.He entered went to the kitchen and said go look at what ever you want. He then stood in the kitchen and played on his phone. He only spoke when he butted into our conversation. A conversation that he wasn't asked to join.This guy who never introduced himself was very rude and I would never want to rent any property from him or his company. And by the way getting an average on utilities is a good idea. It's not irrelevant . That's what we were told during our conversation which he butted into. Bad experience is all I can say. I hope others are treated with more respect than we were.We were going to call the utility offices to get an average but no need for this property or any other properties they manage.
Tom and Tami Morgan is the slum lords. Do not rent from these prejudice money suckers. They will rent you a house or apartment that is so run down. The house I stayed in had mold all in it, my kids got really sick. I told them about it and they did nothing at all. Fucking bastards only care about money. They charge weekly rent, and if you're late on a payment or two Tom will threaten to evict you. Knowing that you won't want to be evicted, he will get you by having you sign an agreement to pay by such and such date, if you fall for the devils trap he will file for an eviction. No matter is your rent is a week or two behind. Then he will get a judgement call against you (in which the judge won't want to hear your side at all and will agree with Tom) the judge will give you a notice to vacate and surrender the premises back to Tom. Oh an did I mention, he will add in all kinds of damages at the damages hearing so that he can keep your deposit. And yes the judge will be against you, all of these unknown fees will be added such ass "weeds growing outside the house" and "court fees" next thing you know, an eviction for $300 has turned in $3,000 in less than one month because oh did I mention Tom will still charge you weekly rent long after you move out and surrender the property. So you're looking at cost for back rent, filing fee, court fees, make believe damages, weekly rent of $150.00(even though you no longer live there and this could go on for how ever long he wants to prolong the process before re-renting it out to a new tenant) late fee of $50 a week to go on top of the $150.00/weekly fee. Then if you don't show up to court they will continue to harass you with threatening letters. I got a letter stating that they will garnish my wages, then I got a letter stating that if I don't go to court I will be in contempt of an arrest. Don't fall for this bastard's gimmick. Prejudice ass prick!
Contractors beware. You WILL NOT get paid!!!!!! Rude and disrespectful owners. Should of ran the other way!!
Manager is constantly lying about something. Make a complaint with her and nothing done. If you want to live somewhere that INCREASES your lot rent Yearly.
I feel sorry for people who already have been paying rent through Morgan Properties website. Did you not notice that they have an unsecured website? Please, do not pay your rent through their website, it is completely unsecure. I tried applying to them as I am moving to Indiana soon and I told them about this and they did not take it seriously. Also, towards the end of the email communication they were a bit rude. Since my suggestions are common knowledge in the business world, that is, having a secure website if your customers are going to apply and pay money through it, I decided to look up reviews on them and sure enough, they have bad reviews. Please do not waste your time with any company that asks for your personal info and your rent through a website that is unsecure. If you are not a high tech person, it's easy, a secure website starts with https: If you observer Morgan Properties starts with http, no s, that s means it has a secure socket certificate, bona fide secure. Their website has none. I guess Morgan Properties wants to be like Target and pay $10 million to customers who've had their bank accounts hacked. Bad business :(
I always have paid my rent on time for over a year that ive lived here. I use the drop box to pay one time and they claim to have never recieve my payment. So, they tell me if i pay them today,, They will wave the late fee. So.. I pay double my rent because they lost my payment... okay ill let it slide... One week later, another letter saying I'm late on rent,, even though this time someone signed the date they listed on my money order reciept. My guess is they are charging me on the late fee they said they would wave... hmm. They lied to me, stole my money and just keep wanting more.... DO NOT EVER USE MORGAN PROPERTIES!!!
Absolutely terrible company. After applying several months ago and emailing my pay stubs, I still have yet to receive anything from the company - no call, no email, no snail mail. Each time I call, I'm asked for my name then told I'll be called with a status as soon as it is determined. It's a good thing I didn't end up having to move because I would have been completely SOL from waiting to hear from them. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
They manage 3 rental homes for me and do a great job! These guys get me great tenants and make sure both us and the tenant keep the home in perfect working order. I'd highly recommend them.
Always fast to get collect rent but don't provide renters with even basic services. We've rented from them for over 3 and a half years now and our stove has been busted for over a week and they refuse to replace it. If we did not have a lease with them we would move. They show that they do not care about their tenets or the property they are "managing".
They manage 13 of my homes and do a PERFECT job. They make me money and keep my tenants happy, WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK FOR?!?!?!?
