Horrible customer service, especially the manager Valerie. She didn't bother ask if I needed help finding anything. She made mistakes ringing up a couple items too. Seemed like she was rushing to go to her lunch. Very rude to her employees also, wish another one of the ladies there would've rung me up.

I went in to Sally Beauty to purchase hair color. One of the clerks helped me choose the right color for my hair. When I applied the hair color, I knew right away that something was very wrong. Someone had stocked the wrong color in the wrong place, so I ended up with magenta hair. I went back the next day, and was told they could sell me another hair color to counteract the red. Didn't even offer to comp me the color, since it had been their error. So I applied the second color, and now my hair was burgundy. I hated that too. So I was out the price of 2 hair colors, and still had hair I couldn't live with. Sally Beauty's customer service lost them this customer.
Excellent review, great staff, so helpful, I came in on Thursday, April 16 and was looking for the ethnic section and the staff proved incredibly helpful while finding what I needed. Two thumbs up
Amazing satisfaction with the help with the staffing at Sally's. I came here trying to find the perfect materials for my wife and after searching with the little info I received from her, Sally's employess were able to find exactly what I was searching for. The staffing is very educated in the products they sell. A+++ every day.
I made a purchase im the store, and one of the employees handkeyed the wrong sku # for the product. It was a different price than what was on the shelf but I thought maybe I looked at it wrong. So the next day I decided to return the product because I found it cheaper elsewhere. When I brought the product in and asked for a refund the lady at the desk who helped me first started off by saying the product I had didnt match the receipt. I explained to her that this was the only time ive ever shopped at sally beauty supply. She began to get very irritated with me and she said she would fix it for me this ONE time. First things first id just like to point out that it was an error by the staff....not by myself. Secondly if the staff messes up again in the future she wont fix the problem? Hmmmm....that sounds like poor customer service. I was very disappointed!
