Service department is terrible. It's like the hotel California cars check in but they don't leave. They've had my car for over 3 weeks 2 different times. They don't call to update me tell me the status or when the car will be done. Silence. I have to call them to big them about my car. Note up to MB standard. If I could give negative stars I would. I won't go back a 3rd time.
Had my 2017 Charger in for a new autostart install, and it went quicker than expected. Very happy with the results. All questions were answered by my service adviser Mike

Cal Worthington is a rip-off. They tried to sell me a lemon and when I refused to purchase the vehicle they threatened me with keeping some of the down payment money. They claim it accounts for the miles driven while in possession of the vehicle. Mind you, this vehicle had to go to their service shop twice and to the house dealership for service as well. Cal shops claims that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle but it drives very poorly. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
