I dealt with the Seward location for my services, and I had no problems whatsoever with the therapist or front desk staff. The organization's billing practices & staff, out of Anchorage, account for my low rating of professionalism. Each appointment I attended, I paid whatever amount I was asked to pay out-of-pocket. After my services ended & my claims were processed by my insurance company, I found that I was overbilled by $537.57. For three weeks now, I've been trying to get my refund from the billing office. There are excuses and delays, which do not seem reasonable to me. After phoning 4X, emailing 1X and appealing to the Seward location for advocacy help, I still do not have a confirmation from the organization when I will receive my refund. Also, I was informed that their policy is to refund the consumer any monies due, 90 days after the last insurance payment. Due to the excessive overbilling and difficulties in receiving my refund, I have decided not to do business with the organization in the future.

One appointment was all it took for me to be free from extreme pain. The office may seem a little quirky but the care I received was above and beyond excellence.
I waited approximately and hour and a half in waiting room to have an MRI. To make it worse I was in pain the whole time. I consider it poor customer service to make someone wait that long for a scheduled appointment.
Everyone at Frontier was super nice and even helpful on our first visit. The lawyer told us it would take him 3 hours to finish the work and later we agreed to add another three, all in writing. We lost our case, but the bigger problem was that we were OVER BILLED, even after we had IN WRITING agreed on a number of hours. The office manager was extremely rude in dealing with us claiming they don't give estimates, even when I forwarded her the emails which clearly showed an estimate being given. The lawyer, Michael Rose, was even more rude to us than the manager and became extremely indignant when asked about his over billing. I will NEVER be using their services again, and I will post this review anywhere I can find if it keeps one person from trusting these guys at their WORD, which means zero to them once the bill comes out.
