My experience was not pleasant. The Dillards company sent some clothes to me. The carrier has left the package in the parcel locker #3, but did not put the locker key in my mail compartment. So when I talked to their supervisor about lost or stolen mail, she assured me the package was in the locker #3. When I tried to explain that locker #3 was open and empty, and that I did not get my mail from there, she would do one thing only: "I'm sorry, I'm sorry it got lost".So somebody got my mail even it did have my address and my name on it. Would you please return it to me? Put the package on my porch, please!I met with the mail lady. She said she had a sub on Monday, she did not work on Tuesday, she doesn't have my package and I'm asking quite inappropriate stuff . "I need to go", and she simply took off. Both ladies, a supervisor and a mail carrier, maid me feel like such an annoying customer. Sorry for that ladies, I wish you well!

It is no wonder the postal service is losing money with the number of lazy employees they have. Today a neighbor had a truck parked a little in the road that would have made it difficult for the postal worker to reach the mailboxes so they just drove on past. Heaven forbid they should actually get out of their truck and make an effort.
