Are you kidding me? R and E sells inexpensive cars and finances them. I also have purchased a vehicle from them. I asked them what they had done to the truck and they showed me the shop ticket showing all the work. Plus they arranged financing when I never thought I'd get financed again. (I have had some credit problems in the past) They took great care of me. Reality is a used car is a used car. The only thing a dealer can do is attempt to have good cars and trucks on their lot. If they actually send them to a shop to check them out I think its one good step toward protecting me. There are always haters out there and people that think a 100000 mile truck should act and run like it did when it was new. People that's not reality. They did me a great job a truly great job
I just LOVE this place! I recently purchased a brand new FORD F150 truck. In this world of me, me, me, it's amazing to see how honesty still exists in this business. I recommend John Perry if you want to purchase a vehicle and expects professionalism and honesty. I would like to add that Chris, Brooks and Matt in parts and service are all awesome. The smile, the positivity and the offer of assistance and professional service that I didn't expect are something that melts my heart and will forever be treasured. These chosen few employees are the reason FORD will always have a return business from someone like me and I want to pass this message along to everyone. They should be rewarded.
I recently moved up here and heard NOTHING good about Cal Worthington! BUT...I don't agree with the things I've heard. I had an Emergency fix, and could only make it there. They took really good care of my husband and I. The wait was a little longer than hoped, but they kept us informed, which made it better. While there we were able to meet the Service Manager, Terry Werner. He was very pleasant. In our talk he had mentioned that he is in process of 'cleaning the place up'. I must say, whatever he is doing must be working. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and will be going back for any other work needed while living here. Thank you Cal Worthington.
Logan was an awesome sales person to work with. He went out of his way to get us into what we wanted. He made it very easy. Also Genaro Leyva helped us get our insurance taken care of even though it was after hours for them. The only problem I can comment on is that the detail section that detailed our new truck did an awful job. There was glue on the rims from the stickers. There were fingerprints all over the interior of the truck. I would still recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Logan!
Every dealership I've purchased from has been "so great" until you've bought and then anything you need after, they seem to not listen or care. Then I found Kendall Toyota. I bought a car from them and they were so helpful during the purchase, but I was most impressed with the service I recieved afterwards. I've been getting my car serviced at Kendall for 2 years now and haven't once had a bad experience. It's really nice to not have to dread getting an oil change. If you need a new car go to Kendall.
I went in pretty sure I didn't want to trade in my 4runner for a Prius v. I met with a very knowledgeable salesman, Jason Bartlett, and after a test drive I couldn't wait to drive my new Prius V home! Jason was fast with our paper work and treated us respect! It was a totally excellent experience! So excited for my 44 mpg's! Thank you Jason for all the help and the through explanation of how my new car works! It is so cool!!
This was my 1st big purchase of my young life and I enjoyed every minute. Conner was everything and more that you would want in a salesman. I have bought two cars from them in the last year, the account is not in my husbands name and the sales rep I worked with only met my husband for a few seconds to sign some paperwork. Very knowledgable and polite. Not cracked on the service department some of the operators their are very patronizing but again I take care of the work on my vehicle and let them know it pretty quick if they get get rude.
Connor treated me like a queen. He was so polite, courteous and respectful of how I wanted to look for a new vehicle. This was my first time going to a dealership and I will be coming back. Walked into Lithia Kia of Anchorage the other day to look for a new car, my salesman, Gabe, was very friendly, attentive, and informative. He helped me find the perfect car for me, unfortunately it was a bit out of my price range for now. However they have a wonderful staff, good prices, and great value, I definitely recommend them!!!
