Overall

Don't use Pressed For Time Delivery Service. I bought a bed from Baileys Furniture anf they use the above company to deliver furniture. I had a beautiful platfrom bed that they delivered/put together and they dinged and scratched it 24 times. Also had just installed very expensive hardwood flooring and they scratched that in multiple places. Mr.

Raul Rodriquez and his wife Mara Rodriquez havent made any attempt to fix or own up to there guys mistakes. Will be reopening the claim with there insurance company due to them not following thru with what they said they will do.

Horrible Service/Customer Service

I had a sofa and love seat delivered to our residence and during the process a piece of furniture did some damage to our wall and the door. Neither delivery guy mentioned the damage before leaving our residence. I had to mention the damage before they departed because they never owned up to the damages. I immediately called the manager/owner, Raul Rod, to mention the incedent and he told me to get an estimate of the damage. Once I got the estimate I called him back and he refused to take any ownership or accountability for the damage. I mentioned that he should notify customers to remove their doors before delivery if the accountability is ours and, he said "don't tell me how to run his business, you don't work in delivery service." So as it stands, they are not going to fix our door and nothing is getting done about the wall. This is the customer service you should expect if anything goes wrong.
