        Overall

        Yet more poor and indifferent and unprofessional front end staff. Tried to send e-mail for release of records and after a week I gave up. Phoned them to ask if they received my paperwork and reply was that they could not find it . This is typical nowadays with the indifference and unprofessional types working in customer service when they should be looking for positions outwith public dealings, !
