Great food and service paired with a casual, friendly atmosphere. Summertime dining provides a unique experience to sit on the deck and enjoy the many menu options and one of the many choices of local microbrews or fine wines, but winter is also a lovely season to dine there as well. The open mic night is always fun!! I am a local and have been dining at Phyllis's for 15 years, always an exceptional experience in my book!! Superb seafood chowder, salmon, halibut, crab, steaks and light meals too, if you are downtown Phyllis's is a must to venture into, I always do!!
