Lithia Auto Body Express

We had to bring our car there due to a hit and run. It was not finished on time-nobody called us to let us know what was going on and when we picked it up the check engine light (which had never went on before) wouldn't turn off. We went back and had to drop off our car again and what was supposed to be a one day fix (resetting the computer) has now turned into three days without a single phone call. It is difficult to get ahold of someone at this shop and I am not happy with the lack of attention we have been given. I do not encourage you to use this shop.

Larry Carson provided me with outstanding service, beyond my expectations. He was very professional and communicated well with me during the repairs, keeping me updated. Larry is excellent at what he does.
