Horrible customer service!

I am tired of this place, I purchased a groupon and whenever I call, they never ever pick up the phone.... On their page it says you can also text them.. apparently that is the only way to get a response, I'd rather talk to a human being.. and even with texting they reply after a long time, and eventually stop replying and never get back to me.



It seems that I won't be able to use my groupon because they don't answer the phone, they don't call me back, and they don't even like to text me back.. What kind of service is this.. I went to their web page and it says cash only as well.. it sounds like a very shady place.. it is just annoying that I feel like the only way to make an appointment is to drive up there and a customer should not be able to do that....
