        Braces for my child.Staff & Duclos got loud & aggressive demanding $150 over the $200 we had just paid & this $150 wasn't overdue till next week! Duclos was yelling & staff & parents were all wondering what was wrong! Totally over the top. This is the 2nd child we have brought to Duclos over an eight year period so we are not strangers. Very unprofessional - if Duclos wanted to argue he should have at least gone into an office & shut the door.
