        When I made an appointment for...

        When I made an appointment for my son, I was very clear what his needs were. We waited almost a month for our appointment and less than 24 hours before they informed me that they wouldn't be able to have my son be a patient due to his special needs. If I were to cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment they would have charged me. Now I have wasted an entire month that I could have been on another waiting list to see someone else. Do not trust this staff they will tell you one thing, and do another.
