Overall
Selection

About the worst miss managed company I've ever had to deal with. If I could leave negative stars I would. I HAVE to go to these guys to buy parts/equipment because they are one of only a couple full stihl dealers in town. Every, and I mean EVERY time I go there, something always gets messed up. Parts orders, service requests, equipment sales, rentals, you name it, they've messed it up. If you can, take the time to go elsewhere and save yourself a guaranteed disappointment with these guys. Alternatives are, Craig Taylor 5th Ave, jackovich's mtn. View and Ace Hardware on Muldoon.

Overall
Poor Service

2-10-12 Went shopping for equipment at Alaska Specialty Equipment today. The sales staffs were arrogant, cocky, and insulting.

I did not purchase anything from them because they were so rude. I could imagine how bad they would be if I actual bought something from them and needed service.

It would be a nightmare.
