Being busy , making money , comes with unique challenges. It's problem most businesses Would love to have. Mooses has become too busy for us to enjoy eating there. Ordered food to go.Sat on the corner bar stool waiting for our to go order. Yes, I was standing next to my sitting wife , on the end near their walkway.Walking And working space is limited there. A server waking buy spilled a bowl of marinara sauce. I didn't bump him and he didn't bump into me. Don't know how it happened. I got "hit" with marinara shrapnel"No big deal. Don't care Off work. Clothes don't need to be clean for a week. I joked with the bartender that I " got hit"He said " you were in the way"Are you fucking kidding me?Piss poor way to talk to a big tipper. Or ANY customer in my opinion. I left feeling unappreciated As in "We have enough business to be rude to people" Was an attitude taking hold But the experience left a sour note.3 star pizza, The crusts are more soggy and greasy , than crisp and light . Way undercooked in my opinion. I think they're rushing the cooking to keep up with the demand. They've been coasting on reputation. -----your customers are " in the way "Pissed me the f--k off!
nothing but good review's about it so its great for the costumèr service...food is good and delivered according to the time was mention and all in all was just perfect
Orderd a italin sausage sandwich.was very unhappy.sandwich arrived 80 min. Later, soggy, bland, and it wasn't italian sausageThey incited it was.until i mentioned i was from Chicago the birth place of captors.and i have been there there is np comparing the two.they would serve a much better product.
Horrible customer service, the little shit in the front taking calls hung up on me, I was in the army and i take nothing that disrespectful lightly, then the manager just let his employee off Scott free, but he lacked constitution as did the call boy, all I asked was to talk to the manager, go to little Italy restaurante.
Their food is full of flavor and quality ingredients. There was a woman making pizza dough from scratch in the front area behind the counter. I watched her use her whole body. It was wonderful to see someone care about the work that goes into making a great product. It looks like it may be a husband and wife team running Capri. It was heartwarming and their food is filling and flavorful without the grease. Best part of it...it was very affordable. The owner suggested I try the chicken samosas (sp?) these little pockets were made of traditional Indian spices that slapped my toungue with flavor. In Alaska, its next to impossible to find any Indian food that is affordable. I am so glad my friend suggested this place.
Great wood fired pizza, best in town! Wide selection of local beers. Great gelato/ice cream selection.
There pizza was very good but the punk at the counter needs to learn some manners he gave the customer a bad feeling I would fire him
Older man who works here is extremely rude. Bad customer service. I won't ever get pizza from this place again.
Great beer & pizza! The staff is fantastic! When this place gets rockin' the staff step it up. The IPA is a great hopped up easy drinker. You can't go wrong with any of their brews.
The food was a 3 but they delivered less than 20 minutes after I ordered when great alaska quoted over hour and half. Totally edible and I would consider ordering again
